After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Your personal information will be kept secure and confidential. You may choose to submit an anonymous report, but we encourage you to reveal your identify so that we may conduct a thorough investigation and follow up with you as needed.
While we hope that you would feel comfortable enough to speak with us directly about your concerns, we also understand that it may be easier to bring forth certain sensitive issues through this confidential reporting method. The most important part of our commitment is that STO Building Group will not permit retaliation for reports made in good faith.
